National Infertility Awareness Week

This week is recognized as National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW). RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association founded NIAW in 1989 and it became a federally recognized health observance by the Department of Health and Human Services in 2010.

The goal of this week is not just to raise awareness about infertility. NIAW has set out to reduce stigma and educate the public about reproductive health and issues which can make building a family so difficult for so many. RESOLVE has made it their mission to unite all people struggling with infertility, medical professionals, corporate partners, and the media in the fight against the negative stigma.

There are many helpful resources for those who are facing infertility: support groups, medical and counseling referrals, financial tips, and grant and loan options.

With embryo adoption, you can overcome the struggle of infertility. To learn more information, visit EmbryoAdoption.org.
