Your family is finally complete. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) worked and now you have the children you have always dreamed of and hoped for. Your home is filled with the laughter of children while bedtime stories and kisses on the forehead complete your evenings. You couldn’t imagine being happier as a family. Then it happens, the yearly reminder letter arrives.

Your fertility clinic sends a hefty bill for storing the remaining embryos created when you went through IVF. What to do now? Pay the storage fee repeatedly, every year for the rest of your life? Discard the embryos? Donate them to medical research? Dare you even consider it…. Donate the embryos to another couple, thus potentially creating genetic siblings to the children you gave birth to?

The Embryo Adoption Awareness Center is very aware of the dilemma of remaining frozen embryos facing thousands of families every year and offers a simple, easy solution. We present this idea in an online webinar “Donor Embryo Storage Solutions”.

During this hour-long event, the Awareness Center presents announces a new partnership formed between Fairfax Cryobank and the Snowflakes Embryo Adoption program. The goal of the program is to offer a simple and easy solution to families with remaining frozen embryos and who are considering donating them to an adoptive family.

By teaming with Fairfax Cryobank, Snowflakes is able to offer a cost-effective storage solution which allows donors to store embryos at a lower cost while working through the adoption process.
